The Intro Talk is a free lecture and Q&A session at The Spring Meditation in Soho. Arden will discuss:

  • Different forms of meditation and who they are suited for
  • How stress accumulation works and how meditation dissolves stress
  • Why Vedic Meditation differs from other forms of meditation and relaxation
  • How to meditate self-sufficiently

No meditation experience is necessary. This is an opportunity to meet Arden, learn something new, and get your questions answered.

MEDITATION COURSES

Friday - Monday | MARCH 23 - 26 | The Spring Meditation, NYC

The course runs for four days in a row, 90 minutes per day. You will learn to meditate one-on-one, practice each day, and gain a comprehensive understanding of how the technique works. By the end of the course, you'll be set up to maintain a successful daily practice.

SESSION 1: Friday, March 23 - Session 1 is a private lesson with Arden, scheduled individually

SESSION 2: Saturday, March 24 - 10:30am

SESSION 3: Sunday, March 25 - 10:30am 

SESSION 4: Monday, March 26 - 6:30pm

GROUP MEDITATIONS

All graduates of the 4-day Vedic Meditation course are welcome to attend free group meditations at The Spring with Arden and her colleagues.

Come enjoy tea and Q&A, learn more Vedic knowledge, and take a group dive. Whether or not you've been regular with your practice, group meditation is a great way to rest deeply, connect with others, and learn something new.

Group meditations are held each week at The Spring on Tuesdays at 10am, Thursdays at 6:30pm, and Sundays at 5pm.
